- • Optional wallet address if you choose to connect an external wallet.
2. How We Use Your Information
- • To provide your account, courses, certifications, and community features.
- • To reward progress in the platform rewards economy (SHAGN).
- • To protect the platform and members — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations including identity verification where required.
- • To improve the product — aggregated, de-identified analytics only.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- • We do not sell your personal information.
- • We do not ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
- • We do not share your data with third parties except as required for core services (e.g., payment processing, email delivery) or as required by law.
- • We do not use your data for advertising on external platforms.
4. Your Rights & Controls
- • Access and export: you can export your personal data at any time from Settings.
- • Deletion: you can request permanent deletion of your account from Settings.
- • Privacy consent: you control your profile visibility and privacy preferences, and you accepted our 18+ privacy consent when joining.

5. Data Security & Retention
- • Data is isolated per member with row-level security and encrypted in transit.
- • We retain personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and compliance obligations.
- • Children: The Phyx is strictly 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
