Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using The Phyx ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is intended for members 18 years of age and older.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Platform to: break any law; harass, defraud, or harm other members; distribute malware; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; circumvent security or access controls; or misrepresent your identity or credentials. Community guidelines apply to all social features.
4. Memberships, Payments & Refunds
Paid memberships (Premium, Guild Pro) are billed on a recurring basis via card (Stripe) or cryptocurrency. Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 7 days of an unused initial purchase may be considered at our discretion. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
5. Rewards & Platform Economy
Platform rewards (SHAGN) are loyalty rewards for platform benefits. They are not securities, investments, or currencies; they carry no guaranteed value, liquidity, or return, and reward structures may change. Rewards may not be sold or transferred outside platform-sanctioned mechanisms.
6. Educational Content & No Financial Advice
All courses, tools, analytics, and community content are educational. Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk. See our Risk Disclosure.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting, you grant the Platform a license to host and display that content within its features. The Platform's software, design, and educational materials are owned by The Phyx and may not be copied or resold without permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Phyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or from trading decisions you make.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to members in the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
